Gab Goncalves

Mr. Gabriel Goncalves has a successful track record of starting and exiting technology ventures. PeopleAnswers, his most recent startup, a SaaS company that was acquired by Infor after 40 consecutive quarters of revenue growth. Mr. Goncalves created this predictive talent analytics software company in the cloud (SaaS), helping enterprise customers across the globe reduce employee turnover and increase employee performance.  As its CEO for 13 years, he rapidly expanded PeopleAnswers, posting impressive revenue growth year after year. The company’s 96%+ customer retention rate also reflected both its software’s capabilities for delivering results, as well as its customer-centric service model embraced by its Fortune 5000 clients.   Mr. Goncalves brings a wealth of experience in the SaaS space to the Company.

Mr. Goncalves is or has been a member of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO), Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and World Presidents’ Organization (WPO).  He received a BS in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin.
